Gleneagles is the job that tests a builder. We were hired to renovate a 1947 rancher. It became a new house. The skill was not the pivot — it was running the pivot: structure, neighbours, budget, and a client who needed the change to feel like a decision. Max’s review still stands: he would hire us for a small renovation or a large new build.
