Katsura
A low-performing house, rebuilt as a modern farmhouse.
Katsura is a renovation that behaves like a new house. The clients held the interiors; we held structure, envelope, and the long conversation with trades. There is a Japanese maple at the door and a Gold Built Green rating on the wall. Georgie and HAVAN followed. The line we keep is Brenden and Candice’s: we treated their home as if it were our own.
