Pacifica

Pacifica started as a renovation with a plain brief: make the house work for a family that lives on the water. The old place had small windows and a deck that was an afterthought. We rebuilt the envelope, opened the plan to the inlet, and treated the decks as rooms. Deep Cove is particular — grade, neighbours, weather. The finished house is simply easier to live in.
